Day One.  Oatmeal, fresh fruit, water for breakfast.  Faced the scale.  Not as bad as I feared.  I was pretty sure I was back in the 280’s… Close to my original starting weight of 289.5.  But I wasn’t.  Close, but not.  I was 271.6.

The hardest part about getting on the healthy eating wagon, is fighting the cravings. Especially the sugar cravings. I know that it only takes a few days, but they are the hardest. Gary and I just made a box of brownies. After they are gone, I am starting the sugar fast.
