There is it.  At first I didn’t want to post it because I was so embarrassed… But I don’t want to hide anymore.  I know I made mistakes.  And this is where I am today.  It was actually worse, it had gotten up to 266 a little while ago.

Now that I have a number, I can work towards bringing it down.  I am not sure how I am going to do my weigh in days yet, it’s Tuesday and that’s just not a good weigh in day for me.  I will weigh in again on Friday morning and then turn Fridays into my weigh in day.  I’m looking for 257.0 by Friday.  I have a lot of water weight from my period I’m hoping to be rid of.

Small goals will be 2.5 lbs a week, and bigger goals are 10lbs a month.  At that rate I can be back in the 220’s by July… 

Just in time for San Diego Pride.  That’s going to be a big weekend for me.  I’m going to be volunteering all weekend, for four different groups.  Very exciting. I will need to be in some kind of shape in order to take good care of myself all weekend and not get burnt out.

When I get home today I will be making a YouTube video… Catching everyone up and getting myself back in the game.  A new body shot photo.

I love how I said I was going to cut back on my fruit, and then this is what I pack for my food today… Oh and there would have been more but my pears aren’t ripe yet.

So I got really close to 219.5 (70 lbs down) on Friday. I was at 221… 1.5lbs away… Then we went out lol. Now I’m at 225.5 from weekend water weight. I always put on about 4 - 5 lbs over the weekend. It would be nice if I could not do that… 

I was thinking I would hit it by this Saturday, but Gary and I are going on mini vacation Thursday night - Monday… So the plan is to get off as much as possible… Hopefully down to 222… Then not gain more than 5lbs over the vacation.  Geez.  Weight loss is so complicated.  I will hit that 70lbs before the end of August damnit.
